Refund & Cancellation Policy

This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of client or patients order service with Bloodcheck offered by Bbloodcheck, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 of India, having its corporate office at C-241 Setuband Near First Gate of Pramukhswami Nagar Mundra Relocation Site Bhuj Kutch Gujrat 370001.

  • Client can cancel the order any time before the services start. Service Start is the time when Phlebotomist of “Bloodcheck” or “respective Lab” left from the location to the respective client chosen Address. In case of this, full refund would be processed in case of Online Payments.

  • Canceling the request after the services start would bring the nominal cancellation charges as “administrative cost” of Rs. 150 in case of online transaction.

  • In case of delay in the services from company, customer can ask for full refund and no amount would be deducted as per cancellation.

  • In case if client is not happy with Bloodcheck Services (before sending the sample to the lab), they can inform the same by calling the inbound number or sending the email at support@bloodcheck.in with “order ID” mentioned in the subject line. In such cases, sample would not be prcoessed and full refund would be processed.

  • In case of any issue around the reports, client can inform the same within 1 day of reports published. In such cases we can ask the “respective lab” to repeat the test on the sample collected from the client.

  • Any issues raised after 48 hours of reports published cannot be entertained as new sample collection would be required in the case and would be treated as new order and would be chargeable as normal rates.

  • Refunds would be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.
